These Sweeps Rules apply to sweepstakes promotions offered through Jackpot Bang Slots by ZEYRIS STUDIOS LIMITED (“Sponsor,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in any sweepstakes promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is higher, and who are located in jurisdictions where participation is permitted by applicable law and by the Company’s eligibility rules. We may require identity, age, address, payment, tax, fraud, and geolocation verification before allowing participation or redemption.

Gold Coins

Gold Coins are virtual items used for entertainment play within Jackpot Bang Slots. Gold Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and are not transferable.

Sweeps Coins

Sweeps Coins may be used to participate in eligible sweepstakes-style gameplay. Sweeps Coins have no direct cash value and may be eligible for redemption only where permitted by these Sweeps Rules, Company policies, and applicable law.

How to Obtain Sweeps Coins

Users may obtain Sweeps Coins through methods made available by the Company, which may include promotional offers, bonus offers, gameplay-related promotions, or alternative methods of entry where available.

Alternative Method of Entry

The alternative method of entry process is pending final Company and legal review. AMOE instructions, including any required mailing address or request process, will be published only after ZEYRIS STUDIOS LIMITED confirms the final AMOE procedure.

Request Postal Code

The Request Postal Code feature is not currently available on the Site. It will be made available only after the AMOE process and mailing instructions are finalized.

Verification

Before any redemption is approved, we may require you to complete verification checks. Verification may include identity verification, age verification, address verification, location verification, payment verification, tax documentation, fraud review, and other compliance checks. Failure to complete verification may result in denial, delay, cancellation, or suspension of redemption requests.

Redemption

Eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed only in accordance with these Sweeps Rules, the Terms of Service, and applicable law. Redemption availability, minimum redemption thresholds, processing times, and verification requirements may vary. We may deny, delay, cancel, or reverse a redemption if we determine that:

  • The user is not eligible.
  • Verification is incomplete or unsuccessful.
  • The account is under review.
  • Fraud, abuse, collusion, chargeback activity, prohibited conduct, or suspicious activity is detected.
  • The redemption would violate applicable law, Company rules, or payment processor requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Create multiple accounts to obtain additional entries or promotions.
  • Use false or misleading information.
  • Use another person’s identity, payment method, address, or account.
  • Circumvent geolocation, identity, age, or fraud controls.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or unauthorized software.
  • Sell, transfer, trade, or assign Sweeps Coins.
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, collusion, money laundering, or illegal activity.

Expiration

Sweeps Coins may expire after a period of inactivity or as otherwise disclosed in the promotion terms, Terms of Service, or account rules.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or fees associated with any prize or redemption. We may require tax documentation before processing redemptions.

Promotion Changes

We may suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate sweepstakes promotions where required by law, technical issues, fraud, abuse, security concerns, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Disqualification

We may disqualify any participant who violates these Sweeps Rules, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, or who acts in a fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or unfair manner.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize or redemption may allow the Company to use limited information related to the award for administrative, compliance, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with sweepstakes participation will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at:

Governing Law

These Sweeps Rules and any dispute arising from or relating to sweepstakes promotions will be governed by the law determined by the final legal opinion and applicable Company legal review.
